Feature request: How config url and baseurl with github

Hi and thanks for this theme for jjekyll.

I have this configuration on _config.yml

url     : https://vctrsnts.github.io/ # the base hostname & protocol for your site e.g. https://www.someone.com
baseurl : "" # does not include hostname

But the create html file and feed.xml file I watch this

# web file ( html )
<link href="http://0.0.0.0:4000/feed.xml" rel="self" type="application/atom+xml"/>
<link href="http://0.0.0.0:4000/" rel="alternate" type="text/html"/>
# feed.xml
http://0.0.0.0:4000/2022/05/26/nuevo-servidor.html

I develope in local machine and next send the "_site" files to github.

Where is my problem because I read your documentation about this point but not understand the solution.
