Miscellaneous issues in Storage devices section.

1)'No Results Found' is shown for few minutes first when 'Add FCP device' page is loaded. Data gets populated later.
2)when luns scan enabled, refresh button is still enabled.it should be disabled.

3)While trying to remove storage devices, user is not intimated with any message in case of removing any device with device type as blank.Removing message is shown forever.
