When Select component only has x2 options a non-functioning Remove Element button is still present

Description:

When Select component only has x2 options a non-functioning Remove Element button is still present on the second to last option.

Environment Details:

• formBuilder Version: 3.19.7
• Browser: Chrome
• OS: Windows

Expected Behavior

Would have thought that when minimum of x2 options no Remove Element button present rather than a non functioning button.

Actual Behavior

Non functioning Remove Element button on second to last option.

Steps to Reproduce

• Add a Select Component to your form and open the edit panel.
• Remove Any options so that there are only two remaining.
