.. can be easily generated with: https://github.com/JetBrains/colorSchemeTool

Just copy the Visual Studio Code files into vscThemes/, and run bash convert.sh. Files will appear in intellijThemes/

Just want to note that this tool is outdated and doesn't produce a "complete" IntelliJ theme—it gets most of the code editing area but none of the other windows/panes (project, terminal, etc.). It might be useful as a starting point, though. Would love to see this theme fully implemented for IntelliJ!
