don't seems to work with the last version of piHole on a raspberry pi 4 / unbound

Not sure I'm qualified to provide this answer as Im rather new to the whole game, but I had the same error, so simply created the missing file via:
touch /etc/pihole/blacklist.txt
Then ran it again and it started running (it still is after about 10minutes so I may have a whole other issue on my hands as Im not sure if its looping or just a truck load of domains being added)

sudo ./youtube.sh is the answer :)
