I'm using wavesurfer to record messages on my website and some of them seem to be good clear recordings and some of them are choppy and very low quality (like a tin can). The difference I can see between the recordings that are higher quality from their lower quality counterparts seems to be related to the sampling frequency.
Simply put, recordings that are 44100hz sound quite clear and these other files that record at 48000hz are choppy and low quality.
What can I do to get near perfect consistency and quality across as many devices as possible?
