It seems like all the wifi sniffer out there cannot sniff the MAC address of Apple Products. Does this sniffer track MAC address of Apple Products.

It's not that they can't be sniffed, they absolutely can. The issue is iOS randomizes the MAC, making it impossible to tie a MAC to any specific phone or person.
