  1. 创建工单
  2. 忽然想到一个场景：在微信群里面建立 Issue 的权限，是否需要控制？否则一个500人的群，大家都七嘴八舌的来建立 Issue 可能会有问题。
  3. 这个需要群管理员来发布公告提示，开始大家来熟悉这个功能会有一些 Issue 没有实际的价值。

需求很合理，可以让用户体验更好。

现在 BOT 接口中，有用户和消息文本两个值，还有一个渠道，但是从检索层面看，没有用到渠道，相当于渠道都是 wechaty，channel 没有检索中用到， 要把群名字和用户名，同时加入到上线文中，现在还没有支持。

目前，在 Chatopera 端，是把一个群看成了一个用户，在生成 Issue 报告的时候，没有群里发言用户的信息。如果要把群里发言的用户加入到报告中，那么现在还没有好的办法。

如果送入 Chatopera 后台的聊天数据，存储的时候就把用户名放在最前面，这样是否可行？

如果是这样，需要做一个约定了，这样后台在处理的时候，做检索之前，在 QueryRewrite 中，去掉这个“前缀”。总之，方案我再想想，应该有简单的方法。
