Generator

1. Add chain url for fetching smartcontracts instead of hardcoded mainnet
2. Use actual PactTypes for generated typescript declarations
3. Every type Guard should become a guard in stead of a function
4. When creating a commandBuilder sender needs to be there as metadata
5. chainid needs to use ChainID enum
6. check if we can use the generator on mainnet
7. Fix type for signWithChainweaver
8. Result of quickSign API doesn't include hash
9. Move the signwithChainweb function over to @kadena/wallet
10. Maybe look into a validate for templates
11. Create demo of this new feature
