Documentation about default networks not requiring net-attach-defs

I got this feedback during a discussion about default-network and configurations for default networks:

is it accurate to say that, all secondary networks require a NAD, but primary networks do not require one?

With a suggestion that we add to the documentation that this is generally true (as I believe it to be)
