No detections when there is big backlight or black mask on faces

Thanks for this great package. I was trying to do face detection, but this is working only under good light and stable camera configurations. When there is big back light or if human face is covered bit under shadows the models are not detecting faces.
here are the images under low light and heavy background light conditions.
How can i get handle these cases?
