Thanks for reporting it, indeed very strange. I'll have to give this more testing on Windows and Firefox. My first suspect would be velocity since it is the component that does the animation physically.
I'll check back after testing this, may take some time since I don't have a windows machine any more.

Thanks. I'm a big fan of react-css-transition-group - maybe we can just ignore this bug if it is a jQuery thing, it might fix up when we move away from jQ.
