Manually changing these brackets to quotes does indeed fix this issue but on build server it fails again.

Xcode: 13.4.1 & 14.2
Cocoapod version: 1.11.3
'Down' version: 0.11.0
MacOS version: 12.6.2
iOS version: Simulator - 15.5 && Real Device - 16.3 (iPhone 11)

What did you expect to happen?

Compile without modifying the source code.
