perhaps this loophole can be solved by limiting the copyrighted comments' content to just the VUIM license, failing to compile if the content does not match.

I found out that Enterprise™ programs can be ran even if they are not copyrighted. all a Free Program written in Enterprise™ needs to include are these comments
