Licensing? #83

Hi @michaelsharpe , I'm glad to hear you are loving the map editor. It's been forever since I last worked on it, but it was a hell of a fun project to work on. Too bad I never ended up completing it. I've added an MIT license to the project, so feel free to use it in whatever way you want. Before I did so I had to replace all svg and png icons with placeholders. So you'll have to replace those yourselfs with fitting icons. I kept the names in place so you will know what they are. I'd love to see what you end up doing with the project. So please keep me posted. Did you manage to set it up locally already? |
Hi @jim-lub Awesome! Thanks so much for getting back to me, and for adding a license file. That is very kind of you. Yes, I did manage to get it up and running locally. I am so impressed with the extent and functionality of your code base. It is definitely the most robust map editor out there available open source, and is very well architected. I will indeed keep you posted as my project unfolds! |
Hi!
I love your map editor. I am just trying to get it booted up locally. It is probably the most robust javascript based editor I have found with a good clean modern code base.
Do you have any idea on a license for it? Would you mind if I use it for my project? Happy to keep a fork of it open sourced too if you make it MIT license.
Thanks!
