I'm adding more tests. But most of the uncovered code concerns either (1) the main section of some modules, which are used to generate figures or to make it a standalone program that can be submitted to some online judget, or (2) some code writing into files, graphs in DOT format.
Should we keep the .coverage file in our repository? I would add the file to .gitignore.
