I tried to dump the screens but I get an error of "No brand detected. Aborting". My car is a 2016 VW Passat rline

Is your device patched? Because that might cause this issue, if it was patched in the wrong way

No I don't believe so. I just installed the mib toolbox a couple of weeks ago and haven't done anything.

Sounds strange. The FAZIT and brand cannot be detected, which sounds like something isn't up to par with this unit.
