其实 “cublasxx.dll不存在” 问题就是 现在都是安装的 cuda12 而要求 cuda11 库（吧？），再根源是 cuda12 对 faster-whisper 有 debuff 。
那么比较符合直觉的“安装”方式应该是 新建一个 v.11 的文件夹添加到 Path 或者更简单点 丢到 cuda12 的 lib 里？

总之感觉放在 System32 下不是很妥当的...吧
