Converting to Bank Checks

Bit of an open-ended question since I just discovered this repo. Is there an option to convert this dynamic credit card form into a bank check form? Somewhere people can put their routing numbers and other information?

If not... can I help develop one and would you guys prefer if I create my own repo and call it CheckJS or something or make a modification to this existing one so on install, the user has an option to use a credit card form or a bank check form? Any advice would be appreciated 😄
