I know I at least expand the filesystem and enable higher resolution GPU rendering. I think I bumped the GPU memory too.

  • Do GUI setup
  • Bump GPU memory to 256
  • Disable overscan
  • Enable 4k HDMI output
  • Add usbhid.mousepoll=0 to /boot/cmdline.txt
  • Enable SSH

Configuring the Raspberry Pi link
Before Ren'Py is used, the Raspberry Pi should be reconfigured, using the raspi-config tool. These settings are under advanced options.

Memory Split: 256 MB
Resolution: 1280x720 or smaller
GL Driver: GL (Fake KMS)
After changing the settings, reboot the Raspberry Pi.
