[Issue]: Audio playback on mobile devices automatically turns the screen off stopping Jellyfin

Please describe your bug

Play an audio such as music or audiobook on a mobile device, wait until screen turns off, audio will stop. When replaying no sound and then rewinding will cause it to be stuck. The phone will still show the audio as playing but there will be no sound, opening Jellyfin doesn’t resolve and sound is still gone. Rewind and sound starts looping the first second

Reproduction Steps

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (6.5 kernel) with HWA using intel Arc A770.
