Right now, if you click on a tab header (such as "My Computer" in the attcked image), it shows a dotted outline only while it's being pressed. I think it should keep its outline after being clicked, which I think isn't possible if we keep the current <a> implementation. I'd like some feedback on this idea before I commit to making a PR.
