Wondering how other people tackle debugging tsdx packages. I'd love to be able to make a example project that depends on the package and then run the debugger in ts-node to walk through it, but I can't get the balance of ts-node quite right given all the weirdness around the different module types and the very narrow slice of import vs. run behavior that ts-node accepts as valid.
