Hi guys!

Right now sockjs-client used in razzle-dev-utils is fixed at ~1.4.0 version and was not upgraded for the last 17 months. During that period it's authors upgraded lots of it's dependencies and fixed lots of CVE's.

Is it possible to upgrade it also in razzle-dev-utils?
