[bug]: macOS scroll bar obscures buttons #6346

Actually, it's not the macOS scrollbar, it's the overlay scrollbar library. If you stop scrolling for a moment, it should hide and you can click the buttons. |
Same thing happens in the Settings panel. I think it should stay here, but removed from there. It can be annoying there. |

What happened
When downloading models the stupid hidden by default macOS scrollbar shows up when scrolling and obscures some of the buttons. It's annoying when your pointer happens to be on top of the scroll bar and you want to click the button instead of scroll. See screenshot.
