Here are the basic features:
Based on the registered application historical data check
. if stationary
. if has seasonality pattern
. auto tuning model the super parameters
Persist the result

We need to have formastConf document to store all the application AI model config

  1. Store the historical data parameter
    2.store the model and tunned super parameters.
