Why should we use it

get information about a specific CVE

Possible implementation

There are free apis to get JSON info of the CVE
https://services.nvd.nist.gov/rest/json/cves/2.0?cveId=CVE-2024-31095
There is also the chance to register an API key for more quota usage.
