oneVPL-intel-gpu repo will transfer to Github.com/intel/vpl-gpu-rt from April.8 #324

Hi,

VPL includes VPL dispatcher/API and GPU Runtime. https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneVPL has been migrated to https://github.com/intel/libvpl couple weeks. https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneVPL-intel-gpu plan to move to https://github.com/intel/vpl-gpu-rt from April. 8. All accesses to old repo would be automatically redirect to new repo(detail refer to whats-transferred-with-a-repository), including Github issues/PR/wiki/tags. Please let us know if any questions.
