'From' parameter on match callback when 'HS_MODE_STREAM' mode always as zero

When we are trying to compile/setup a database in stream mode, we see the 'From' parameter always as zero. Just want to know what is the proper flag to use to get it working or 'From' parameter is supposed to be zero in stream mode?
