Concurrency

Hey Alexandre, Love your plugin. Its awesome and has sped up our site enormously. Our SAAS ecommerce platform doesn't like it though and one of their team has told me that it might cause their spam/bot prevention system to rate limit the site for each visitor.

They've asked if there is a way to make it only preload one link at a time instead of potentially having multiple pages being preloaded concurrently at the same time. Is there some way to implement concurrency into the plugin? Maybe a patch to only allow 2 links to be preloaded at a time?
