DuckDB Rust API https://docs.rs/duckdb/latest/src/duckdb/appender.rs.html#16-147 make it challenging to work with the appender. Instead we should value API here: https://docs.rs/duckdb/latest/src/duckdb/appender.rs.html#16-147

For example https://duckdb.org/docs/api/c/appender#duckdb_append_float)(duckdb_appender appender, float value)
