This new "server" icon which was added in #1335 currently shows status of the Reactotron core server: stopped, port unavailable, or started.

CleanShot 2023-12-14 at 09 32 11@2x

If you click the icon (if port unavailable) it'll refresh Reactotron.

Instead of that, I'd like to introduce a new diagnostic screen for Reactotron. The icon can remain the same, but it'll actually navigate to this diagnostic screen rather than refresh Reactotron.

It should show the current port, server status, and a "reload Reactotron" button.

Stretch goal: add other Reactotron state stats there.

Coordinate with #1354 to see if these should be separate screens (probably?) or combined into one. Add a way to easily access each screen if separate.
