We are reviewing the upgrade to 6.3.0.

This fix: Check for patch panels when deleting racks [ref: 055-9-14] via 5ec406e

• Appears to apply the constraint that racks cannot be deleted if there are patch panels assigned to it.

However, as noted in #794

• There appears to be no way to delete a patch panel!

The "Delete" option for patch panels only marks them as "inactive". It does not delete it from the database.

Therefore it's not possible to delete a rack. Now you get:

"Could not delete the rack as at least one patch panel is located here. Reassign or delete the panel first."
