Unable to use mobile app after changing language in settings

The bug

Go to Settings, Language -> Select Catalan language -> Apply

The app immediately shows this error message:
Unable to load asset: "assets/i18n/ca-CA.json"

Killing the app and relaunching it doesn't fix it.
I have not tested selecting other languages.

From more testing I can see that it only happens with Catalan and Mongolian languages.

It seems for catalan it was fixed (#9288) but for Mongolian the filename is still wrong (mn.json vs mn-MN.json).
