This seems quite complex to do.
The main focus of this library is to make classes easy to reference in code without magic strings. To configure this, the user will need to refer to the magic strings.
Also, in the code it will need to look at the magic string and create a representation of the side effect while also creating the new CSS object.
I'll think it through once I've solved more important stuff.
