document the need and way to provide a PAT #10

To query private repos, you can provide a PAT to get the build status from gh.
We should document that and how you can provide that PAT.

I added a hint to the readme.
Probably we should prefix the key github.pat.bearer.tokenwith cctray-hub just like the other properties.
