Page keeps scrolling up on every single character typed in iPhone for Persian language (maybe for RTL languages) after the first word

For every single character typed in the iPhone, the entire page keeps scrolling upwards.

Sandbox
I can't use the sandbox on my iPhone. It crashes. I could not create an MRE for this.

Steps
To reproduce the behavior:

I could not create the MRE.

Expectation
It's good to scroll the cursor into the view, or even into the center of the viewport. But it's not good to scroll the RTE out of the view while typing.

• Operating System: Ubuntu Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Context
I tested it with the English language and nothing was out of the ordinary. For the first word of a line, it does not scroll. But after one space, it keeps scrolling upwards for each character.
