Steps to Reproduce

1. Decompile -r
2. Recompile
   i didn't modify anything, i tried both using APKLab and manual
   if i decompile without -r ,after recompiled to apk, the apk can't be installed, but if i put -r the apk can be installed but crash immidiately the error as above

2. If you are trying to install a modified apk, did you resign it? yes
3. Are you using the latest apktool version? yes
