Having trouble with ‘make led-image-viewer’

Hello! I am trying to use the led-image-viewer.cc file and am unable to execute the ‘make led-image-viewer’ command as it says “make: *** No rule to make target ‘led-image-viewer’. Stop”. I am trying to run this on a Raspberry Pi 4, and have tried to download the Magick software in other ways, but none of them have worked. I would appreciate If I could get some help!
