Threshold rule with cylon.js

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the cylon.js, I am doing one task for that I have to create threshold rule using cylon.
I want to pass one integer value from keyboard and the rule should compare that value with threshold and if value is more than threshold it should print some message on consol.
