Should we focus on pages translated into Hungarian?

I saw calculat.org in the list, which is not a hungarian site originally, it was just translated into hungarian. Or is it like the case with registration sites, that we don't plan to deal with them, but anyone who really wants to can submit a rule? This might be a relevant question for future issues and pull requests. @scripthunter7

Not a high priority tbh, maybe we should consider moving such websites to a foreign.txt section

I'll let you know if I find similar sites, then we can decide if there's a reason for a foreign section
