Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Google's style guide for HTML/CSS is a known formatting standard that has been tested widely in the industry.
Having HTMLHint configuration files that implement the rules needed to comply with known standards provides an easy path for people to adopt not just the tool, but also good standards. This is particularly useful for people who want decent HTML but don't (yet) have the time or expertise to make a more informed decision and configure HTMLHint accordingly.
Describe the solution you'd like
A configuration file shipped with HTMLHint or available in this repo that implements Google's HTML/CSS Style guide.
A list of additional rules that could be created so that the standard can be implemented fully (at least for those rules that could be checked by a machine).
Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
Additional context
None.
