Similar to the reworked visuals for zero-durations in #398 (see References Beyond Homestuck for example), we should show a tooltip when hovering over the duration part of a rereleased track: "rereleases aren't counted in artist duration totals".

We should also tweak the italicization rules here: italicizing the track name and "(rerelease)" text is OK, but the duration and its surrounding parentheses should be left normal-style.

The artist info page is internally restructured in #431, so don't implement this before finishing that.

Kevin Regamey's artist info page, with three contributed tracks - two originals and one rerelease. The total durations for the wiki as a whole, and for specific groups, don't count the rerelease.
