Penumbra Phantasm in UNDERTALE tracks & related review

Hopes and Dreams, SAVE the World, and Last Goodbye all reference Penumbra Phantasm (#hsmusic-chat, #hsmusic-chat, #hsmusic-chat, #issuefication-zone).

We need to place these motifs at the correct spots in the reference lists, which will take listening. This shouldn't be too bad as Undertale motifs are generally easy to identify (prays).

assuming SAVE the World and Last Goodbye are based on Hopes and Dreams, StW and LG inherit the reference from Hopes and Dreams

We should more broadly review the references for SAVE the World and Last Goodbye to see if it makes sense for the other references there to be "inherited" from Hopes and Dreams, i.e. excluded from current representation on the wiki.
