Files are not generated with the current version of generate-encoding-data.py

I use Calamine with which I have an error that targets the encoding.

Going from source file to source file I find :

encoding_rs/generate-encoding-data.py

Line 239 in 97acf71

21010: "UTF-16LE", # Undocumented; needed by calamine for Excel compat

If I retrieve the sources and generate the files with generate-encoding-data.py I have : lib.rs which contains the codepage 21010 while on the current file it is not present.
