Version

  • I'm using version 1.15.1

Known issues

  • I've checked Known issues

Existing issues

  • I've checked Existing issues

Advanced Preferences

  • I've checked Advanced Preferences

What operating system are you using?

macOS

Operating System Version

macOS Sonoma 14.2.1

Reproduction steps

  1. Set timeToBreakInTray to true via the advanced settings config file.
  2. Open Stretchly.

Expected Behavior

The time to break in the tray is readable. For example, shown:

  • To the right of the Stretchly icon
  • Instead of the Stretchly icon

Time Out, a mac-only alternative to Stretchly, shows the time without the icon:
image

Actual Behavior

The time to break in the tray is shown over the Stretchly icon and is therefore not readable:

Hi and thanks for feedback.

Electron supports this only for MacOS so I am not very inclined to add this for one platform only: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/tray#traysettitletitle-options-macos

If there is some designer who can make nice icons, I will gladly work with them
