Since forks don't have the Issues page enabled by default, I'm creating this issue here where I'm mentioning all people who've forked aleray/mdx_del_ins to let them know that now a maintained alternative exists.

Hi 👋 I've forked the original package as markdown-del-ins, updated it, and published as markdown-del-ins. It's tested and I plan to maintain it. Feel free to use it instead! I'll be happy to include your patches or bug fixes, if you've done any in your own forks.
