As can be seen on https://hl7.dk/fhir/core/ValueSet-sor-organization-type.html a set of codes are listed as inactive in the expansion.

We need to decide whether the codes in the valueset should be updated by adding the replacement codes from SNOMED and declare the current codes as deprecated or do something different.

This needs to be adressed to SDS.
