How can i make a-plane follow the image marker exactly when i'm moving it?

the a -plane after tracking moves very slow with the marker if i move the marker and some time loses tracking with simple movements, it doesn't follow the marker movement if tilt it left/right a bit or move it

i have to do the tilt movement or moving the target, very slowly to keep tracked,

any ideas how to improve this?
