Plexbmc Helper fails on first play

Hi,
When I send a video from the plex app on my iPhone,
Video starts playing only for the first time and I get this error in Kodi
"
PleXBMC Helper Error:
check the log for more information
"
from then on, plexbmc helper does not work.
Kodi: 15.0 (never used login screen)
iOS plex: 4.0
